We at Kind Coconuts stand by the quality of our products and we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please email us at hello@kindcoconuts.com.au within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will be in contact promptly to assist you.

Returns to Sender due to incorrect details or non-collection from postal office

If your order has been returned to us due to us being provided with incorrect delivery details OR for not having been collected from your local post office after the specific holding time, you are eligible for either: 

1. Refund of the original purchase price minus postage costs incurred by Kind Coconuts.
2. Redelivery of your order to the correct delivery address - you will be charged an additional postage fee.
